Síncrona - Mental Health Consultancy
Síncrona is a specialized Mental Health consultancy that recognizes the importance of addressing this topic with sensitivity and accessibility, especially in today’s world.
The company provides knowledge, support, and tailored solutions to meet the needs of both individuals and institutions. Its purpose is to create spaces that foster self-awareness, empathy, and collaboration, extending holistic care for mental and physical health beyond individual interactions. This is achieved through therapeutic groups, study sessions, experiential activities, discussion circles, and more.
The challenge of the project was to integrate dualities inherent to the business context, such as the connection between “body” and “mind,” and balancing the needs of “institutions” and “individuals.”
The inspiration for the brand’s symbol came from the sunset.
In many cultures, the sun symbolizes divine manifestations and serves as a metaphor for "cosmic consciousness." In Síncrona’s symbol, the sun represents the mind, with its radiance alluding to "enlightenment" and the spark of ideas.
The sea, on the other hand, symbolizes the body, represented by moving waters. This movement reflects transition and transformation.
These two elements converge in the sunset, a moment of contemplation and deep reflection, perfectly encapsulating Síncrona’s mission: to inspire meaningful transformations in the lives of individuals and institutions.
